A total of 1,000 starting places are available, with 500 for the Speed Class and 500 for the Backpack Class. Once these places are filled, registration will no longer be possible.

- Well-filled starter pack
- Luggage transport

Refunds of the entry fee are generally excluded. Transfers to the following year are not possible.
The same applies in the case of cancellation due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or a governmental cancellation of the event.

Participants under 18 years old must have the declaration of participitation and disclaimer signed by their legal guardians and submitted at the race office.
Athletes who have not reached the finish line within 2:40 hours will no longer be considered in the rankings. Of course, you may still finish the race!
Disqualification will result from:
- Use of non-approved equipment
- External assistance
- Unsportsmanlike behaviour and failure to follow the instructions of the safety personnel
- Failure to wear the bib number visibly at checkpoints and at the finish line
- Throwing trash (water bottles, gel and bar wrapper packaging, etc.) outside of the aid stations
- Switching from the speed course to the backpack course (the original Streif must be completed in the speed class; backpack class may switch to the race course)
- After completing the race, it is strictly prohibited to descend the course with skis or other sports equipment; please use the Hahnenkammbahn exclusively to return to the valley
